The By-Laws is the constitution document for the Chapter, outlining officers, governing body, nomination and election procedure, meetings, dues and funds, etc.

The Officers' Handbook contains position and committee descriptions as well as many of the Wyoming SWCS forms including the Annual Meeting guidelines, award nomination form, newsletter information calendar, sample election ballot, scholarship application.
